Mr. Joseph Billig, a member of YIBE,  is sponsoring the publication of Rabbi Yosef Carmel's responses to questions specific to "Bein Adam Lechavero" (interpersonal relationships) in order to further the understanding of this very important topic.  Questions are being submitted for consideration.

You have an opportunity to ask Rabbi Carmel your questions.  Those submitting questions that are selected for publication will receive a free copy of the responsa volume upon publication.

Rabbi Yosef Carmel
Rav Yosef Gershon Carmel was born in Jerusalem in 1953. He is currently the Av Beit Din of the Beit Din, "Eretz Hemdah - Gazit", as well as the Rabbinical Dean of the Eretz Hemdah, Institute for advanced Jewish studies in Jerusalem. (Click Here for complete bio)

Rav Carmel heads the 'Ask the Rabbi' program which provides Halachic answers in English to questioners from around the world. To date, more than 15,000 replies have been sent out.
