Social Hall Fees / information:
1. A standard rental for the Social Hall is for five (5) hours, including set-up and clean-up. Time exceeding the rental period will be surcharged hourly at $150. 2. Rental periods beginning before 5:00am or concluding after 11:59pm are subject to an additional Extended Time Fee of $100 per hour.
3. Multi-day events are charged by the day. Saturday night events (including Seudah Shlishis) are charged separately from Shabbos day events and from Sunday events.
4. A $50 cleaning fee will be assessed when the hall is not left in the condition it was received except for floor sweeping and moved tables/chairs. It is always suggested that catering staff be on hand when guests are present in the hall.
Deposits and payment due dates for all venues:
A rental deposit of 40% of the rental fee is due upon reservation. No reservation is final without payment of the rental deposit. 100% of the rental deposit will be refunded for cancellations received in writing not less than 60 days in advance of the event; 50% of the rental deposit will be refunded for cancellations received in writing more than 30 days but less than 60 days before an event. No rental deposit will be refunded for cancellations made within 30 days of an event. A security deposit of $100 is due upon reservation. This deposit will be returned after the event, except as specified by rule 12 below, or if renter is in violation of the rules set forth in this contract. Full payment is due ten (10) business days before the date of the event. Full payment is required on any rental reservation made fewer than ten business days before the event. If notice of cancellation is received once final payment has been processed, the full payment will be retained by YIBE. Vendors will not be provided access to the facility without full payment.
